Friday July 10th: Welcome to Your Wellness Experience!

From 5pm - 9pm

You'll begin your wellness experience with a welcoming program, that includes:  

  • Tea time and Networking
  • Light dinner
  • Group and Personal Intention for the retreat
  • Gentle yoga practice and Yoga Nidra meditation and
  • Women's Wellness Break tote bag with water bottle, journal, Ayurvedic spice mix and a healing stone. 

Saturday July 11th: Day 1 of the Wellness Experience

From 7am - 9pm

You'll enjoy a holistic health experience with an Ayurvedic lifestyle program, that includes a variety of fun and healing activities such as....

  • Gentle yoga practice and guided meditation
  • Personal Her Time to enjoy the pool and the banyan trees' magic
  • 3 organic, farm-to-table meals and healthy snacks, prepared by Laure
  • Ayurvedic & Sacred Beading Workshops
  • End-of-the-day Sisterhood Wellness Ceremony

Sunday July 12th: Day 2 of the Wellness Experience

From 7am - 8pm

Continue to renew your Mind, Body and Spirit with...

  • Gentle yoga practice and guided meditation
  • Personal Her Time to enjoy the pool and the Banyan trees' magic
  • 3 organic, farm-to-table meals and healthy snacks, prepared by Laure
