I'm an Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach and a professional healthy plant-based chef. I have been eating a plant-based diet for 30 years. In this Ayurvedic Plant Based Cooking Class, I combine my love of whole plant foods and my training as a vegan chef and an Ayurvedic Practitioner to teach participants how to prepare healthy, delicious and nutritious plant based meals.
