We are! We are living in a world that is disconnected from our natural biological rhythms and the results are physical symptoms, like digestive troubles, high blood pressure, or obesity and psychological disturbances like anxiety, anger, depression or insomnia.
In this course, you learn how to re-align yourself with your natural biological rhythms through the wisdom of Ayurvedic Medicine so you can experience vibrant health and an inner state of peace, contentment and courageousness.
