The philosophy behind the Ayurvedic Habits for Health & Happiness Inner Circle, really is one I've developed over the last 37 years. I've seen fads and diets come and go. From my large personal and professional experience, I realized that a true HOLISTIC guideline to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health is missing. Yet, there's an interconnectedness between all aspects of ourselves. Mind-Body-Spirit is not just a concept. When all these aspects are in alignment with each other, we become established in ourself and true health, Swastha, happens.
I live and breathe this Ayurveda path and I've taught my clients to do the same. Those who follow it experience balance, strength and stability physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, from the inside out and the outside in!
Most importantly, I've been where you are and I can guide you to make appropriate choices and implement appropriate habits and practice Ayurveda.
As an Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle Coach and a certified Professional Plant Based cook, I help you have a healthier relationship with foods and your body. I'm a licensed Massage Therapist with a keen understanding and knowledge of anatomy and physiology and an experienced Yoga and Meditation Teacher.
