 1 can of garbanzo beans
 1 garlic clove
 4 tbsp or more lemon juice
 2 tbsp tahini paste (sesame butter
 2 tbsp olive oil
 salt to taste

In a blender combine garbanzo beans, garlic, lemon juice, tahini and salt. Blend until smooth. Adjust lemon juice, tahini paste and salt to taste.
Pour mixture into a plate, make a well in the center and pour olive oil in the well.
Sprinkle with paprika.
