 1 cup cooked organic butternut squash, mashed
 1 cup cooked organic cauliflower florets, lightly mashed
 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
 ½ cup rolled oats
 1 can (13 oz) of cookedorganic cannellini beans
 2 green onions, finely chopped
 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
 2 tsp salt (to taste)

You cannot miss a veggie burger, I promise! As long as you have the 5 ingredients, no matter what you choose it's going to taste AMAZING!

Preheat oven 400 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, cannellini beans, cauliflower and mushrooms and mix well.
Add the butternut squash which is your binder. Mix, lightly mashing the beans until the mixture can form a patty. Season with green onions, garlic and salt and mix well again.

Form patties and place them on a pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the patties are a bit crisp around the edges.

Remove from oven and flip the patties. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes or until the center of the patties feel firm.

Remove from the oven and let cool on a rack.
You can freeze the patties.
Simply place a piece of parchment paper in between each one and freeze.
To reheat simply pop in the toaster.
